How Does it Work?

Booking live music can be daunting for first time clients, and it is often difficult to know where to start. We have a clearly defined process outlined below. 

Step 1

You make initial contact with us with details about your event. This can be done by phone, email or by filling out our booking form. You may have a clear idea of what you want, or it could be your first time – don’t panic we’ll help you out. Don’t forget to have a listen to the samples too, as we’ll want to know if you’d prefer guitar or piano in the band. We’d also like to know whether you’re looking for music for dancing, or a more atmospheric role (or both!) 

Step 2

We will then use our knowledge and experience to tailor a group for your event, then calculate a competitive rate for you, based on the following factors:

  • The budget you had in mind
  • The size of the venue, number of guests
  • Your location within the UK or beyond
  • The number of musicians in the band
  • The date, time, and length of performance

We can book any size of group, typically these range in size from a Jazz Duo up to a Jazz Quartet.

Step 3

Once you are happy, we send you an invoice with all of the details, and you confirm either by email response or written contract – the booking is complete.  We arrange a payment schedule, and see you on the day: the whole process can take as little as 10 minutes.
